Our wine retreats are for wine lovers of all levels and this package offers a full immersion: each day we will visit a different vineyard with the owners and enjoy a private wine tasting.

Included in our package professional guided town tours, private bedroom in a stunning Tuscan venue, high quality home made breakfasts and dinners made by private chef at your villa and transfer from and to Fiumicino Rome airport.

Where you will stay

Di Colle in Colle Venue

For our wine retreat I have decided to reserve the venue of my friend Giulio called Agriturismo di Colle in Colle a stunning 18th century antique farm building completely restored with a truly breath taking view over the lake and its islands (yes the view is more stunning than from dogana!).

The venue has 8 master bedrooms with private bathrooms, two apartments with two bedrooms, an infinity swimming-pool, country house and restaurant area.

Giulio has his own vegetable garden, the food is all seasonal and ingredients are all from local farmers.

All around you will see the vineyard of the property and of course you will taste its wines on one of our week days.

Who will host you

 

Lizzy & Lucia

Lizzy is a professional Tuscan tour guide since more then 20 years.

She grew up working in tourism alongside her father from whom she inherited some of her greatest passions: history, food and wine.

She will be with you every day guiding you through all the schedule and always available for anything you may need during the week.

Lucia will welcome you and be at the back of the whole organisation.

Payment & Policy

 

Private Group Transfers

Our bundles include private group transfers to and from Rome Fiumicino airport (2.5 hours drive). The meeting pick up hour is always at 12.00 pm with ETA at the venue at 2.30 pm. The transport used during the three town tours is also included in the bundle.

The meeting point for the pick up will be at the arrivals terminal which you will find upon exiting the baggage claim area. If you come to the meeting point from somewhere other than the plane on the meeting day just follow the signs for “arrivals” when you get to the airport.

The transfer driver will have a sign that says: “Wine Retreat – di Colle in Colle”.

The checkout and departure from the venue back to the airport is always at 9.30 am with ETA back at Fiumicino Rome airport at 12.00 pm.

Any other type of transfer is an extra cost to be paid by the clients and cannot be discounted from the cost of the bundle. If you need an early departure we can arrange it for you and you will be charged for this accordingly.

Payments & Policy

    1. A non refundable reservation fee of 50% on the total bundle price is required to book your spot. This can be paid with credit card or PayPal.

    2. The final payment is due one month from the retreat check-in and is also non refundable.

    3. We recommend to purchase a travel insurance that can refund you in case you had to cancel your attendance.

    4. Airfare is not included as well as any other extra transfer excluded from the ones in the package. 

    5. Minimum group number 8 guests.

    6. For 2025 travellers for many countries it is mandatory to request online the new VISA to enter in Italy, you may find all details and the official link for the registration at the following link: 2025 VISA click here
