We will send you our designed week retreat bundle, scheduled in all its parts together with a selections of options for the airport pick up, daily town tours and experience options.

Based on the retreat bundle you choose we then book all suppliers accordingly and send you all the complete travel details ready to be sent to your guests.

Manage Together
You may choose to follow inquiries and payments or leave the process to our team in any case we will be always at your side from the first email until the last retreat day.Â
Our retreat fields
We are delighted to hosts retreats of many yoga instructors, wine specialist and influencers, chefs, painters and floral artists. Our main fields are yoga, wine and food having as an organic agriculture entrepreneur a special attention for nature. However, we often design other type of retreats based on your creativity as well as many family or anniversary retreats. We will organise together your week schedule and all the activities around it, you may choose to follow inquiries and payments or leave the process to Lucia and her team in any case we will be always at your side from the first email until the last retreat day. Our bundle points to dive your guests into a week full of different experiences well organised but leaving guests always freedom to embrace the slow living of our venues and the authenticity of all the families that work inside each of them.
Our retreat structure
Our retreats are usually of 6 nights and they always include transfers from and to a major airports (Rome or Florence) and for the week tours. All venues have a family chef that cooks from the land to the table meals and we are very keen to welcome any intolerance or allergy. Lucia send you a selection of town tours that she personally love and where all the professional guides involved not only illustrate the history of a town but bring guests to discover the place and its shops and restaurants like a local. We offer a cooking class with the family that works in the venue which it is a true authentic moment to share all together. We have an automatic inquiry system through a website form and a payment system for deposits and final payments that accepts payments in EUR and USD with credit cards.
